STUNNING LED HEADLIGHTS

An LED switched AHS (Adaptive High-beam System) helps provide excellent visibility. The system uses a monocular camera sensor located on top of the vehicle to detect light from vehicles in front and automatically optimizes the headlamp light distribution so the high beams do not directly illuminate preceding or oncoming vehicles.

AERODYNAMIC DESIGN

Besides giving the UX its distinctive rear profile, aero stabilizing blades help regulate airflow and enhance stability during lane changes and crosswinds. The “aero light blade” extensions have been blackened, creating a sporty and elegant design.

MOON ROOF

The forward placement of the moon roof lets in an abundance of light, enhancing the open and airy feeling in the cabin. Its structure and shape were refined to help reduce wind noise when it is open. *Exclusive to UX 250h Luxury

SASHIKO QUILTING

Inspired by ‘sashiko’, a traditional Japanese quilting technique, the smooth quilted leather upholstery is decorated with new perforation patterns that form mathematical curves and gradations in perfect alignment, enhancing the appearance of the seats. *Exclusive to UX 250h Luxury

EV mode allows the UX 250h to drive using only electric motor, thus emitting no CO2.

HYBRID ELECTRIC DRIVE

The UX 250h’s fourth generation hybrid system combines cutting- edge technology with a new 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder petrol engine for outstanding efficiency and power.

SUSPENSION

Newly developed MacPherson strut type front suspension realizes high-quality ride comfort and handling stability. On the F Sport model, the top part of steering gearbox mount and suspension member are joined, realizing excellent fastening rigidity.

SRS AIRBAGS

The UX features dual-stage SRS airbags (Front seats), SRS knee airbags (Front seats), SRS side airbags (Front seats) and SRS curtain shield airbags (Front and rear seats).

LEXUS SAFETY SYSTEM+

The UX is equipped with the latest Lexus Safety System+ (LSS+) that helps prevent three of the most common accident types: rear- end collisions, lane departures, and collisions involving pedestrians.
